Password Recovery via Website

It may happen that you forget the password you registered for your user account with Q2 Ingressos. If this occurs, just click on “forgot password,” right below the password field on the login page.

When you click on “forgot password,” this is the screen that will appear:

To start recovering your password, enter your email in the indicated field and the “Recover” button will be enabled. Just click it and you will receive an email with instructions to recover your password.

You can click the “Click Here” button or copy the URL to your browser’s address bar; either way, you will be directed to the following page:

Then just choose your new password, confirm it, and click the “Change” button.
